  • Shipping costs are determined by the location where the order is being shipped as well as dimensional & actual shipping weights.

  • We ship from Hauppauge, NY 11788.

  • UPS Ground is our default shipping carrier. You can ship with other carriers and provide us with your shipping account number.

  • If you provide us with an email address, your invoices will be emailed from our automated system when we ship.

  • The UPS tracking number will be printed on the last line of your invoice.

  • You can reset your password in your profile.

  • You can make all changes directly in the “My Account” section once you’re logged in.

  • You can purchase our products retail for Male Power here, and for Magic Silk and Lust, the retail website is under construction. Please contact us on social media with any inquiries.

  • We offer support in Spanish.

  • The minimum order per size is 2. If you need alternate quantities, please contact us for customization.

  • Please contact your assigned representative to discuss. If do you do not have a representative or do not know who they are, email us and one will be designated. Our email addresses are: [email protected] and [email protected].

  • Your invoice will show any item that is not shipped complete or is out of stock.

  • We keep backorders open and will notify you when a backordered item(s) is back in stock to see if you want this shipped. We will not send backorders without your approval.

  • We do not offer drop shipping.

  • We can offer private label options, but you’ll have to speak with a sales rep to discuss.

  • We offer Net 30 Day terms after a credit application is submitted and approved. Other payment options include credit cards, COD company check & money orders and ACH bank transfers.

  • We try to ship orders within 2-3 days, but during busier times of the year this can be a little longer.

  • It is not possible to edit orders online once they are placed, but you can contact us directly to make changes.

  • We must be notified regarding defective items and require photos of the defect. Return labels will be emailed.

  • Yes, you can find our size chart on the individual product pages.

  • Our garments are manufactured in the U.S. & China.
